If you are looking for a fancy dinner for special occasion, @trinity.vilnius is one of very good options here in Vilnius. We recently visited this Mediterranean restaurant, which used to be a monastery premises and was transformed into a bohemic and cosy, but promising meeting place. It’s called Trinity, because it consist of holy unit: aperitivo bar 🍸, a la carte restaurant 🥘 and digestivo bar 🍷. Based on our research, they were recognised as one of top 15 restaurants in Lithuania by @whiteguidessverige. Actually, we realised, that this time Scandinavians didn’t miss and Trinity really keeps a high level in service 👨‍🍳, food quality (and prices though 💵😕).

This time we tried burrata with fresh market tomatoes (red onion chips, black olive crumbs, pesto and balsamico) (seen in the picture above), duck fillet (potato “šimtalapis”, zucchini, beetroot, broccoli, smoked almonds, compressed pears, calvados):

Creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup (beans, lazy garlic oil, truffles):

Complimentary bread with fluffy butter:

Creme brûlée with raspberry sorbet:

And chocolate ganache:

All of those composed just an overwhelming dinner for us! 👏
